man gotta love the Silk rippers ;D
you know the reason that they made the F50 was because some drivers complained about the turbo lag on a F40.

The creation of the F50 had nothing to do with turbo lag on the F40. The F40 was to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Ferrari in 1987. The F50 was created to commemorate the 50th anniversary in 1997 (even though it debuted in 1995). The Enzo is basically along the same lines as the F40 an F50.

there race crews have said other wise in interviews. They changed the ENGINE from a Twin Turbo V8 to a V12 but they did NOT build the F50 for that reason. Your misquoting what they may have said. The F40 commemorated the 40 anniversary of Ferrari. The F50 was built to commemorate the 50th anniversary. www.fantasycars.com/Ferrari_F50/ferrari_f50.html
