Doesn't surprise me. Most cops I have met are pricks that are power hungry anyway.

It has always pissed me off that they can do whatever they want, specifically breaking traffic laws, then they'll give me every ticket in the book after getting pulled for 5mph over.
They pull guys like us in muscle cars cause we're easy targets, when it comes down to it, their word is gold and ours is dirt!

All cops are pricks in my book, unless one lets me loose from a speeding ticket. ;D Well, I think most of them are good guys with a tough job to do.  My biggest complaint is that, most of the time, they are just so d@mned serious. I have run into a few with a superiority complex, and they are hard to deal with. You just gotta be polite and try not to piss 'em off. But their job is to enforce the laws, and when we encounter them it is usually because we have broken some of them.  IMO, their time would be better spent going after those who are the real menaces; people who drive slow in the fast lane, or never use their signals, or won't move over to let faster cars by (regardless of how fast they are already going), etc. These are the idiots that cause road rage, not the ones who drive fast.  Also, we shouldn't slam cops too hard on here, because some of our members either are cops or were. I know of one for sure.  |
