I would like to be one with the Corvette. After being spoiled with FI. for so long I would really like to do a TPI swap on the vette motor. Forgot what it was like to have to pump the gas pedal on a cold start. But I will have to endure with the carb for a while as $$ are tight at the moment.  |

This is a picture of my 1989 Formula 350 TPI. It is in excellent condition. It has a 330 Hp 350 Motor from Street and Performance in Mena Arkansas. It has a 3.23 rear end. Thanks for looking, Buck  |

TPI cars ROCK. I miss my old L98 Vette, which was sold on July 19th. I was a good car with TPIS Big mouth intake, Long tube header, and some other goodies. I had to let it go for the WS6, Baby on the way, need a more resonable daily driver, Besides My 04 Silverado or the wives jetta>>>>>>>>>>>>YUCK.   That was the new motor I put in the Vette  My favorite photo of it. I miss it but it still wasn't as fast as the WS6, very close, but it was a head turner. |

my bro's is pretty much stock but It'll run rear bumper to front bumper  with LT1's. We've got hooker shorty's, flowmaster exhaust and a K&N airfilter |

It's all good bro. My car is on jake stands as you can see awaiting the 383. Its been in the shop for 6 weeks now. Well I guess perfection takes time, but I'm getting impatient. I have tons of parts just sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. Also I'm trying to get it all back together before the snow comes because it comes pretty early up here at FT DRUM, NY., which is up state NY.

My sister has an 87 IROC that came with 5 speed 305 TPI. Its in desperate need of restoration. I am hoping to start on it once we get his shop built. I am planning on rebuilding the bottom end, ported Vortec heads, and a nice lopey cam ;D

My brother in law says he is going to rebuild it, but I would much rather take it to Southern Gear down in Smyrna and have them go thru it. |

if you get the World class rebuild kits they usually hold a decent amount of power. 300-325 depending on how you drive it. the world class trannys came in the '93 mustang cobra and maybe late cobras but they held up in those pretty well.
or just go high dollar and get a TKO 500 or 600 and say to hell with it.

I have an 89 Trans Am GTA. I dont have any pics. Ive put a 383 CI Stroker in it. fully ported heads, built tranny, Stock 9 bolt. It still needs to be tuned. I just bought the stealth ram intake for it. I tryed the Pizza box, the one made buy "John liginfelter" That thing was so hard to install. There were so many vacuum leaks!! I Took it off and sold it...
I ripped a 13.6 With a 1.67 60ft.
Im waiting to get it tuned so i can toss on my No2 plate kit, With a 200 shot. I put an all forged bottom end in the strocker, i hope things turn out ok...

MODS:home ported intake/runners,air foil,K&N's,19#SVO injecters,AFPR,world product heads,1.6 roller tipped rockers,headers,emissions deleted,dynomax catback with some LT1 square tips out back,MSD and lastly some eXtreme S10 wheels.lol
