Which one do you have?
Let's hear about how you like it, how easy the install went, any complaints you might have, and if you would recommend a different one other than the one you have, and why.

I had the SLP intake and liked it except for it getting hot. Went with the Lingenfelter and like it a lot better and it seems to fit better. I also had the G2 intake and it was not that great

K&N was an easy install and i haven't had any problems with it. If your going to put a K&N filter on the end, why not just get the whole d@mn K&N kit? I saw a very nice improvement in performance.

You can get the K&N knockoff pretty cheap on ebay. I think I priced them at $40 plus $50 for a good K&N filter totals $90 for the whole system. Way cheaper than buying the K&N filtercharger kits.

I have a K&N and like it. Easy installation, seems to work well. Plus the price was right. GOT IT USED FOR 50 BUCKS! i just wish someone made pretty chrome cold air intakes for our cars like they do for ricers and mustangs. BUT NOOOO! ALL UGLY BLACK PLASTIC!

I have the GMPP CAI and it is chrome. It's basically the same as the SLP, EXCEPT IN CHROME. You can also get the Arizona Speed and Marine CAI. It's also chrome. I like the GMPP CAI. It wasn't bad to install but I hear that it is a little more trouble than most excluding the SLP ofcourse. I could tell a deffinate difference in power after the install.

Got to be a way to fix that problem. I used a 3" Fernco rubber coupler from the hardware store (Home Depot to be exact). You should be able to find these couplers near the PCV piping and whatnot. They typically come with the worm/screw-clamps as well. The 3" is somewhat of a tight fit -- I had to heat mine up in hot water to get it flexible enough to slip over the MAF and K&N filter ductwork for the first time. It'll stretch out after a while though.. Works great, and looks better.

Before the blower, I had the Arizona Speed and Marine cold air intake with a Vortec elbow. Loved that set up and it looked good IMO.
