I have been thinking about all the money I am going to lose on my engine, etc. if I sell the stang. It just makes me sick.  This really came to my attention when Jeff and his friend came over this past weekend and had my fire up the beast. I really want to build and SC my truck but I don't want to do both, so I am gonna leave my decision making in your hands. I see alot of chevy into fords but not as many the other way around. I think this would be kinda cool. FYI, I hate the stang so keeping it is not an option! I have got enough ford parts on hand to get me around the 450HP mark. |

Tommy, You've gotta be kidding.  An LT1 to a big block chevy is one thing, but this............. Seriously, it should be pretty quick if you do it, but everyone will give you $hit for doing it. Raymond |

Raymond I know that I am going to catch some major crap if I do this swap but I would seriously save me a lot of money and memories. Keep in mind this is just an alternative solution to go fast and being broke at the same time. ;D |

In all seriousness why are you wanting to do this? You're going to end up spending more money than you would by either finishing the Mustang or SC the S10. You can't really think you can just slip that engine and tranny in that car with the parts you have on hand. Same thing if you were to put it in another Chevy. Just because something is different does not mean its a good thing to do. What will happen is you'll get frustrated with this project and leave it half finished with a handful of reciepts on parts. Either sell the mustang parts and build the S10 or finish the Mustang. Just my $0.02
