Obviously, this has been a major disaster down in Louisiana and Mississippi. Whatever loose change you've got, now would probably be the best time to donate. Even if it's just 5 bucks -- those unfortunate people need all the help they can get: www.redcross.org/donate/donate.html

It looks like they changed their site from when I originally posted that link. Sometimes you get directed to Yahoo, and other times you dont. If you go to the following link, it looks like you can donate whatever amount you want: secure2.convio.net/arc/site/Donation?ACTION=SHOW_DONATION_OPTIONS&CAMPAIGN_ID=1161You don't have to donate -- I just thought I'd put the link up. If you're really tight on cash, so are a lot of us, so don't worry about it -- you'll need it with the rising fuel prices. I just think it's important for us to give whatever spare change that we would normally waste at the movie theater or whatnot. Our people are dying down there... Granted, quite a handful of them are looting and shooting eachother (even shooting at rescue boats and helicopters), so I hope my donation isn't wasted on that group of disgusting individuals...

Thanks for the link Alex! There are alot of people that are in dire straits right now. I talked with my friends Ben & Penny who live in Mississippi and they say ice is like gold down there. Every little bit will help.

About 200,000+ victims have been brought to Texas for make shift shelters. Raymond and I actually were able to go to one of the shelters and see the living condtions. They are in need of pillows, blankets and medical supplies. So even if you can't donate money, bring a blanket or something to your nearest Red Cross.
