So what are your plans for the Labor day weekend? I plan on going to the pool tommorrow and hanging out. Saturday I am going over to Docspeed's house for a cookout. I'm sure he will get plastered. I promise pics of that ;D

The wife wants to go look at (and probably buy) furniture to replace our aging sectionals.  Even with the Labor Day sales going on this is going to be some serious coin.  Some of the mods I was considering may be put on hold.  Time to check the Lotto tickets I have laying around; maybe I will get lucky. |

I got sick from eating so d@mn much at Docspeed's cookout: 3 Slawdogs, 1 Bratwurst, 1 Slawburger with cheese, 5 Pecan rolls, 1 Bag of Lays BBQ chips, 1 bag of Doritos Pepper Jack Cheese chips and some cheese dip  |

Some of the mods I was considering may be put on hold. Time to check the Lotto tickets I have laying around; maybe I will get lucky. Update: Well, the wife is satisfied. We ended up at La-Z-Boy and bought a sofa with 2 recliners, a love seat with 2 recliners and two separate recliners all with custom cloth. With all the discount, protectant, tax, and probably some other stuff I can't remember the damage is a little over $3500. Not too devastating considering I had allowed her $5000. When I told her that, she said, "Not so fast, we still have to get custom end tables". Looks like I'm on the hook for the whole $5k. |
