I filled it out as honestly as I could, and It says I'm going to die September of 2006. Heart attack at the age of 22.
So, it looks like I have 382 days left to live. 95% of my life is over.

the mind is a powerful thing,  they say if you put your mind to it, you can do anything. now imagine you can make happen ANYTHING you can believe it will.... no point in taking that test, if you don't live everyday to the fullest, appreciate life,..then you can't fix what you haven't done.....and you can't change what you don't have control over. Looks like I'm gonna bite the big one and shuffle off the ole' mortal coil in 2042 at the age of 72 from a heart attack. That is if women, race cars, late nights playing rock music, cheese steaks, traffic, beer, stress from from owning a business, random acts of violence or some retard from the city out in the woods during deer season taking a "sound shot" doesn't get me first.
