I cant get it to come up either. Did you get what I said about your rear-end problem? I put that on there this morning, then later I couldnt get on.

no i didnt get your response (it was me) it went down before i went back on i guess. im gonna change the diff fluid and additive. i know the guy said he had the fluid changed just before he sold it to me. im thinking they forgot the additive. i heard with out the additive the clutch discs can make clucking noises while rubbing each other. hope it fixes the problem. will 2 quarts of gear oil and 7 oz of additive be enough?

You could try that, and then you might take a look at the U-joints if you havent ever replaced them. Thats what I said in my reply, cause U-joints are quick and cheap to replace. They usually "ping" more than clunk, but it could be worth a shot.

I dont know for sure how much the diff holds. Mine has always been full since I got the car, and when I swapped for the rear with the 4.11s, the guy had just put them not too long ago and had pretty fresh fluid in it.

i thought it was the u joints also, but i just replaced the whole driveshaft and u joints
