That's funny, cause Im in the same shoes... Im not usually a drinker, because I'd prefer to go drive my car. Since she's been in the body shop, I've been a lush Oh yeah, when I drink, Im the smiley on the right

i feel your pain, my '98 was in the shop for over a month for only minor body work, guy parked on the nose of my car.
then my '01 was in the shop, hydro locked engine, she told me her dad was a submarine, that one was for 9-10 weeks. sucked. but she came back with more power so i cant complain too much.

I am in the same boat as you guys. My car has been down for 10 weeks. Waiting on the guy; waiting on parts; waiting on the guy; waiting on more parts; waiting on the guy.... Hoping for another 100 rwhp, so maybe it will all be worth it, only when I get it back from him, I have to take it to get painted; probably another 2-3 weeks.

i know how you feel. i was the same way back at the end of march 05. my bird was getting a fresh new paint job. they were only supposed to have her for 7 days, due to no body work being needed, she has a perfect body, they had her for 12 days. we were late for the trans am show in ft. walton bch., by 6 hours. we missed the introductions and announcements, and barely made it to the restaurant before it was over.
