Do header bolts always come loose? How many times can I expect this to happen before they stay tight? Already have had to tighten them twice in a week. The heads on the cheapa$$bolts that came with my Pace Setters are starting to round. There too soft. Is there anything I can do to stop this, like RTV or Locktite?

Do not use locktite! It can pull the threads out of aluminum when you take the bolts out. The key to keeping them tight is to tighten them very very tight. Then start the car and let the headers go through a heat cycle and then totally cool down. Retighten them again very very tight.....then your good to go.
