OK i was wondering what else suspension stuff i need. I have lower control arms, tower strut bar, and k-member. I think i need a panhard bar, bigger swaybars and i don't know what else. Also what brand would yall go with or all of them about the same.

SFC's are a must! The subframes help no matter what you decide to do with the car. As for other suspension items needed, you need to tell us your plans for your ride so we can help.

for the strip a bigger rear sway bar will help but a front one is just weight as it is, also get rid of the strut tower when at the strip, just weight.
pan hard bar will help , but not a lot, at the strip. i would invest in a new torque arm. you can mess with the pinion angle to make it launch better. and if you have the money and the inclination, get one that doesnt mount to the rear of the tranny.

yes you missed a very important item.....sub-frame connectors. for sure SFC's are a big time must!! i went with the set from SLP because i liked how they were triangulated to the center but you dont have to get those but i sure like them.
