So i'm thinking once i get my tax returns i'm going to take my BBK shorties off and get some pacesetter long tubes (coated of course) I would then like to do the PCMforless tune. I have heard nothing but great things about it, after that i would like to put a triple guage pillar in and have a a/f ratio gauge, oil and water temp. From what i have in my sig, what else would you guys recommend? Anthing i should swap out etc?
I'm always up for suggestioins!!!

What could I do to upgrade my suspension. I already have Ws6 package, but i do like the sound of heads.......how much for a head job to get ported like that. I like shiny stuff -+-Win32##Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0##1280 × 800##1-+-

Do a TB Bypass, it's free, CAI, Pcmforless tunes are great and suspension. Listen, about the Pace Setter LT. I just put these on my 95 T/A. I strongly suggest that you NOT use the bolts that come with them. They are very soft, heads round very easily. Also, make sure all your bolts will go in straight before you install. Due to the way a couple of the primaries were bent, I had to use a little shorter bolt in #1. This is just a heads up, not trying to scare you out of buying them. I love mine, they really woke up my motor.

Thanks for the heads up Mac. I will try to get different bolts. Don't want them breaking off in there. Eek that would be bad. Again i'm kind of new but what is a CAI? I would love to do heads but as my daily driver as a college student gas can't be TOO Bad. LOL

CAI= cold air intake. It's a great and relativly cheap mod. I would sugest the Moroso CAI. The only thing is it's kinda a PITA when it comes time to clean it, but well worth it

What are you running for gears? A tune is always a great bang for the buck ( if it's the right person).
I don't know how bad the stock UCA/LCA's are in the WS6, but that's the upgrade of choice for the Impala.
Are you looking for a 1/4 mile/ street car, or an Autocross/ Street car ( handling being priority)? This will give people an idea which way to point you suspension wise.
In my opinion, save the $$$ on the Air/Fuel gauge unless you go with a blower or turbo. Mine cost $700 (installed), and don't be fooled by those cheap Rich/Lean gauges.
If you got the $$$ go with a LE head and cam package, big bang for the buck.
Just my $.02,
Dave

You can't go wrong with an LE head/cam package, LT headers and a pcmforless. That should add close to 80 hp to your car. Gears sure make the car react to power. One thing to keep in mind also, if you are going to do gears, wait to do the pcmforless upgrade until after you get those done. Don't forget to search the other message boards for good used parts to make your $$$ go farther. CamaroZ28.com is one of the best places to go to find used parts. Good luck, and let us know what you end up doing. -+-Win32##Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0##1024 × 768##1-+-

I have stock gears right now which a belive are they 3.42 gears.......... I'm just looking for a street car to have a little fun with here and there So i guess any suspension that will fit those needs. I just happened to be looking at these guages called "glow gauges." Relitively cheap but you get what you pay for. Maybe a turbo when my motor dies and i have to rebuild! But I think a head and cam package sounds real nice. I'd like to do that myself too. Experience is always awesome! -+-Win32##Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0##1280 × 1024##1-+-

If you are hooked on the cam, you should talk to your head porter of choice and see what he can do to match your head flow to the cam specs. The key to making power is matching the heads and cam. Also it is important to know what your future plans would be; N2O, supercharger, turbo, etc. -+-Win32##Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1##1280 × 1024##2-+-

i agree get the LT's and a pcm tune. since its a 95 i believe you have 3.42's for a set of gears if you decide to get a diff set of gears since u have an M6 id go with 4.10's. as for the heads matched to the cam what cam do you have? CC305? or bigger? i would also suggest LE if your going to get a set of ported heads. when i am able to get my H/C package i too will be going with LE but it will be LE3 -+-Win32##Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0##1280 × 768##1-+-
