MY next round of mods

Well, since its getting to be time for a new rear end, I figure I might as well do the rest of my suspension at the same time.
Here's the list, tell me what you guys think:
- 9" or Dana 60
- Wolfe single adjustable rear sway bar
- ditching the air bag
- BMR adjustable panhard rod
- QA1 double adjustable shocks 4 corners
- QA1 custom rate front springs (possibly rear as well)
- Weld Prostar 15X10 wheels with 28x10.5 slicks out back
- Weld Prostar skinnies up front
- Possible batt. relocation to the spare tire well
- Wolfe 6pt weld-in roll bar

This stuff will complete my rear suspension, and only leave the front k-member/a-arms in stock form. Once I get the car scaled on all four corners we'll order the springs accordingly. This will also decide the two 'possible's' we have in that list.

This should be more than enough to make this beast hook and pull some good times. Only thing, that sway bar is gonna make street driving a little noisy

So what do you guys think?

Sounds like you are going hard core straight liner. If that is the case and you intend to do some serious high rpm launches, the Dana 60 might be worth it. Otherwise, it is very heavy and not necessary on a car that will not see serious track time. A 9" would be more than enough for anything other than a full on race car.

I def leaning more towards strip than street. Mainly because I havent been driving the car much, and because FL has all these silly new laws that can get you in ALOT of trouble... In a nutshell, they can take your car for simply accelerating at a 'high rate' (officers discretion) even if you were by yourself on a completely empty backroad. They arrest you, seize your car, and take your license for "Street Racing"
Ive got way to much money in this thing to just lose it for having a lead foot in a high powered car.
So its gonna be getting limited street use. It will still be completely streetable with the A/C intact, and I may opt for the BMR Xtreme duty sway bar instead of the wolfe for quietness. Everything else on the car uses poly bushings except the motor mounts, so that wolf is kinda scaring me away from it due to the rod-ends.

I know the Dana 60 is heavy, but its supposed to be as efficient as the weaker 12bolt. So do you think the efficiency will help with the extra weight?
With the power the car will be making, it would be a waste to not be able to put it all down to the pavement at the track. So yeah, Id love to do some high rpm launches on slicks. Mainly because Ive never done so, and the thought of pulling the wheels off the ground excites me

Ive always wanted two cars, a fast street only car that could out corner everything and leave anyone in the dust, and a fast streetable drag car... In that order.
Since the first option would get me into way to much touble, I skipped it and went straight to the "streetable drag car".
