So here are my questions:
Why is it so easy to start my TA in the morning? And why does it rev up and down so quickly, the throttle response is awesome! I know the heat has something to do with it in the afternoons and the fact that the engine is already hot. Is there anyway to get the car to do that all the time? Most of the time in the afternoon its takes my car quit a few turnovers to start up and I freakin hate that. What can I do? Oh and one more question: What do I need to do to adjust my TPS sensor to a perfect setting?
Thanks for the help.

The only reason I know of for the difference in the way your engine responds when cold vs. hot is just that... The heat. These motors heat soak badly, so when they get hot you really notice it. With the stock pcm, you may be able to even the diff out a bit with some really trick programming, but the diff will always be there. Some things that could add to the longer startup in the afternoons when its hot could be: an old fuel pump starting to show its age, an old coil starting to get sluggish, or even a heat soaked ignition module giving some objections to working when hot. But even with these components being brand new, you may not see too much of a diff.
The TPS sensor adjustment is a good one which Id be glad to answer... I see in your sig that you do have an aftermarket TB, that makes the procedure a little different. Let me dig through my papers and get back to you this afternoon or tomorrow with the EXACT procedure.

One more thing now that Ive been thinking about it more, if your TPS adjustment is out... It could explain the harder starts. We'll walk you through adjusting it properly and hopefully you'll notice a big difference in hot starts as well.

Sounds like a plan. My turner told me that it does make a difference as far as programming goes. I was told by some other people that it coulb be a leaky injector, bad coil, bad fuel pump, etc. all these things are aftermarket and 1 yr old. The injectors have been flow tested and only one was off by a tiny bit, not enough to make a diff. I also put a 160 deg. t-stat to help cool the car for daily driving. it did not make a difference it still get up to the halfway mark. Anyway I am ready when you are for the TPS adjusment. Thanks Anthony

I couldnt find it last night, but I have a copy at work here somewhere... As soon as I find my writeup on it, I will post it here for sure. The 160 t-stat wont make much of a diff untill you have your fan settings changed in the PCM to take advantage of the earlier opening time. Heat can def make a fuel pump sluggish, but Im willing to bet that your gonna have to do some TB related work to straighten it out. Do you have access to any scan tool or software? If so post up your IAC counts cold and hot at idle and TPS reading at closed throttle. Before getting this info though, you should reset the IAC by first running the car untill hot, then shut her off, wait a minute, then start her with your foot slightly pressed down on the gas pedal (approx 5-10% throttle will do), then shut off again and restart normally. This will allow the PCM to adjust its startup IAC counts for the hot temps. Just so we know that your readings are accurate.

My fans have already been programmed for the 160 deg T-stat with my tune. I just barely got around to injstalling the 160 deg T-stat3 months after the tune. LOL I have resetted the IAC before so I can do it again, but I don't have a scanner. I will try to go to my local speed shop and see if they will do it for me.

Ok, Ive got my info together... This process can be tedious and repetitive, so scan info is very important all the way through. See if you can find a parts store that will let you rent a scanner or even a garage that would be interested in allowing you to take the scanner home for an hour or so. Look for my writeup this afternoon/tomorrow morning, I will make it a sticky at the top of this section as soon as Im done typing everything.
