OK its up and running and runs nice the only issue is that it surges at any steady rpm. So driving along and if your running at 2 3 4 thousand rpm it still surges. The engine is a 95 LT1 355 Gm Hot Cam 1.6 RR 52mm TB Heads ported polished enlarged valves 2.00/1.56 Headers High flow cats Msd 6AL New wires Opti Coil Oxy sensor new fresh rebuild PCM for less program. Any suggestions?

Got to be in the tune. Get some sort of scan/data logger and send the data and pcm to Brian @ PCMforless... If he just did the tune, this 'update' should be free.
Make sure when you record the data stream that you get the surge in the log. If it surges at several rpm levels, record all of them. The more data you give him the better off you'll be.

map sensor?maybe or a tps sensor. Very possible, but without scan logs it can be hard to tell. If you can get any data at all on this post up here before sending everything out. You may just need to change a simple part.
