ok try filling the reservoir half way, then under the car take off the slave and depress slowly the rod, keep doing this till bubbles stop comming out of reservoir. you may have to add more fluid, and yes it is best with 2 people. this will take some time.

I wish I could help.. But I bought the whole shabang master, slave, and hose- pre asssembled, filled and bled. Ive heard how much of a PIA the bleeding process can be, so when the time comes I will buy the whole d@mn assembly again.

I know this is old, but you need to make sure the inlet to the slave is the highest point in the slave, which means dismounting it and tilting the plunger down and depressing it. Then you just pump the clutch pedal until no more bubbles show up in the master cylinder and the plunger follows the pedal movement. Not hard at all with 2 people.
If you're alone you can hang the slave with some wire and periodicaly check the master.
Make sure you hit the Throw out arm with the plunger when you reinstall it though.
