What gear ratios are you m6 drivers running, I recently purchased a 95 t/a and am about to go through the trans. I figure while the car is down I will change the gears as well.

For Autos i wouldnt go higher than 3.73's if its your DD as for 6spd you can get 4.11's and not have a problem thanks to 6th gear i plan on gettin 3.73's when i get money/time

I've got 3.73's. Before you are convinced Moser is the way to go, check out what Strange has to offer. All of my drag racing buds run Strange. It is a quality piece. Another good one made by Currie. Currie is my personal favorite and a real professional shop.

It's good to have you here BobbyLee! Stick around buddy. Raymond

Unless you have a serious race engine I would go no higher than 4.10. Most guys I know with the 6 speed use 4.10. If you want decent gas milage go with the 3.73

I just broke my GM 3.73s in my 10 bolt with street tires. I'll have to get a better gear this time. I have a M6 LT1 and I plan on staying with the 3.73s. I am afraid of running out of RPMs in the 1/4 with 4.10s.

I wouldnt go anything higher than 3.73's but thats just me. And my friend Casey has a 94 Roadmaster wagon with 3.73's haha sweet car. I would go with 3.73's over 4.10 if your goin to be drivin it on the street all the time

I've got a 9" rear end w/ moser axles and a strange hd posi. I'm running 3.55's. I think that will do. I think currie and strange also are very good rearends.

How do you drive? I prefer burn outs and donuts.

Burnouts & doughnuts are the 4.10/4.11's specialty.
I don't race anymore I just like a snappy but driveable combination. I have a mild LT1 by most standards ( stock heads, bolt ons ZZ9 cam etc.) With the 4.11's 1'st- 3rd gear its traction challenged.
