Here is my Camaro when I first saw the carcass in a body shop yard. I bought it off e-bey for $1200.00 yup it was a stolen and recovered shell but straight as a die

Wow! What exactly was missing besides the wheels & drivetrain? How was the interior? Was she an SS, Z28 or base model originally. My hats off to you. THAT is starting from scratch.

Every nut bolt and bracket came off then the body cleaned then I bought a 2000 SS M6 car that was a nearly identical twin, driver side wiped off, same color same everything but the first car (good body) didnt have the SS apearance package. I took all the parts from the SS and put on the good body using a GM 2000 Camaro assembly manual. The car was just like the General built it for about 2 weeks then it was dragstrip bound.

wow man how long did it take you to get it to the state its in now? well however long it took it looks badass now great job ;D Took two months to rebuild the car for state "rebuilt" inspection. I ran the car all summer 04 with stock 2000 LS1 motor and trans just doing bolt-on suspension stuff/12 bolt. winter brought me time to have a 10 point chrome moly cage and a 01 stock LS1 shortblock with "heads and cam" (that motor runs like a raped ape) Oh yea LPE assembled it and Jason at LPE tuned it. Now I'm waiting for my Liberty pro-shifted T-56 to come back home for the cool end of year track flogs. Thanks to all for all the Kudos. I spent alot of money on the car and spent alot of time learning how to shift it. Tom
