I have Tuner CATS tuner program which I just got and I am totally new to PCM programing and I am looking for help with the following. I am going to change my Injectors from 27# to Ford SVO 42#. What do I have to do to correct my PCM for the new Injectors. Is it as simple as changing the Constant, if thatis so do I just put in 42# or is there some other calculation that has to be used such as fuel pressure.

First why did you go so LARGE? 42 lbs injectors are HUGE. I have ~350 RWHP and get by fine with 30. The larger the injector the harder it is to tune.
The simple answer is just change the injector constant, but in reality you will need to tweak many tables and with injectors that large not sure it will ever be close.
I can help if you collect datamaster file I will try to help you. A start would be to try the injectors as 45 lbs. The Ford injectors are rated at lower fuel pressure so definately will run rich.
Remove the battery for ~1 minute then reconnect after loading PCM and collect data while driving car for ~ an hour. Hopefully the BLM's will not be split and will tend to be rich. I would continue to adjust injector size increasing probably to a maximum of say 47 lbs in small increments.
Good luck
PS What changes have you made to car? Cam? Rockers, headers, gears etc?
