let me start from the beginning. 1 month ago my ses light came on #27 egr valve solenoid. long story short it turned out to be the #6 fuse in the engine compartment (cooling fans). everything was cool for a couple of a weeks then that fuse popped again, replaced it everything cool again. the fuse popped again the other day and now it pops constantly. replace the fuse everything is good in park and going thru the gears while stopped, as soon as you start to drive the fuse pops again and again. i know the fans, egr, and purge solenoid all run on that circuit by why is it popping? if anyone has any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. i'm goin absolutely insane and soon the car will be goin to the electrical shop. 95 t/a too many upgrades to list.

If the fuse is popping like that it usually means there is either an overload on that circuit or that there is an electrical problem, alot of times a ground issue or a wire that's been rubbed bare in a spot and with the actual movement of the car/engine the vibration causes it to hit against something and grounds out, with one of the items on that circuit. Since the initial code that came up when the fuse popped the first time was with the EGR valve solenoid I'd start there and check to be sure that the solenoid is good and not causing any problems along with the wiring for it.
But after checking the EGR valve solenoid, I'd start at the back of the fuse box, starting with the wire(s) there and work my way back along the wires to each of the items on that circuit to check that all the wires are good and not cut, cracked or have been rubbed bare anyplace and grounding out and also to make sure that all the grounds associated with everything are good.
Hope that helps you out.

I agree with Midnight
Must be a bare wire in the circuit.

check connections on those circuits and the fans maybe going out cause mine did that when one of the fans was going out it puts too much load on the circuit and pops the fuse....but check the resistance on the egr circuit to make sure they are not stuck open or close from carbon build up cause that'll will pop the fuse too
