Do you have aftermarket roller rockers? I've heard that these can cause false knock.
I've allways ran Accel Gen 7 DFI, so I am completely unfamiliar with the sock PCM. I can only relay what I've heard.

As stated in the previous post, Are the KS's new? I had the same problem when I was sold the wrong sensors. THe OBDI and OBDII use diferent sensors the OBDIs are as stated around 4K while the OBDII sensors are closer to 100K

OK I thought I could delete post but on this sitre you can't
I found the problem MALF 43 in my case was a broken wire to the knock sensor. Would check ok but sometimes casue voltage to knock module to be out of range.
Problem is corrected
