They carry the NA short blocks and I am still waiting for a response on the stroker blower shortblocks. Will post as soon as I hear something.

I got a response from strokerkits.com. They told me there are alot of guys building stroker blower kits that won't hold up to any kind of real power. The problem is in the stock crank is too weak to stroke but they are doing it anyways. They offer a custom made billet steel crank that can handle my desired 600HP, but it will cost me $1950. Ouch! The complete kit is around $2700. With those kind of prices, I am thinking of just limiting my build to a lesser HP level such as 400HP.

any stroker kits for a 3.8? I am sure they do but I have failed to find one in the brief time that I have been looking for them. I will find a kit soon enough and post info about it as soon as I can.

I have a 3.8, if they dont have a kit for it, got to get NOS and supercharger or turbo (air) for more power.

I'm also looking at other forums for someone who has sucessfully installed a GTP SC on a f-body. they say it won't fit because the f-body's lack won't clear the SC at the windshield. I thought, if an f-body can hold an LS1, a 3.8 with SC should not have a problem but apparently the 3.8 is a taller block than the LS1. got to keep digging, someone has to have done it. any ideas?

Don't worry if you haven't found a SC for your Camaro V6, I am sure they make one. Here is a guy running a powerdyne SC on his V6 Camaro. members.cox.net/blownv6/framecamaro.htmlI looked several places for 3.8 Camaro specific SC's and came up with squat. When in doubt, always ask a manufacture if they offer any thing for your vehicle. I would get on the horn and give powedyne a call or simply email them. I will keep digging to see if I can find any more goodies for the 3.8L.

someone once said... if there's a will, there's a way, I just hope I have enough money.... Thats the spirit! I am in the same boat as you are in bro with money being on the short side. You just have to save, save, and save some more. More importantly is to be patient. I hope to have a SC on my truck by next summer if nothing else fails. I need a little extra something special for these V8 guys.

Powerdyne offers a kit and I am sure vortech along with all the other major SC manufactures do to. Just give them a call to see what they have so you won't have to worry about custom fitting a Pontiac SC kit on your Fbody.
