First off, you need to watch out for 'leaded' fuel. A lot of the higher-octane gas offered at the track contain lead, which you don't want in your motor. For one, it will supposedly contaminate (and ruin) your oxygen sensors -- which could throw off your fuel trim & air/fuel ratio. Then you'd need to buy new oxygen sensors. Leaded fuel can also clog catalytic converter(s), if you have them. So, whatever you do, stick to 'unleaded' fuels if you still run these components .
Second, I guess my question would be 'why'. Why do you want to run 100+ octane fuel? Are you experiencing knock retard or detonation with your current fuel? If you aren't having issues with pinging/detonation, then there really is no benefit to running a higher octane fuel (-unless you were to run forced induction, advance the ignition timing, or increase the compression ratio, to gain more horsepower without risking detonation).
In other words, it would probably be a waste of money, given your setup. If you don't detonate with 91 octane, then there's really no benefit to running 100+ octane -- all other things being equal. All that's doing is taking more money out of your wallet. You generally want to run as low octane as you can, without running into detonation.

Those race fuels are geared more for race engines running high compression (12/1 for example) and or forced induction to prevent detonation or spark knock. You would not get any benefit from running it in your car and could actually damage engine components and sensors as Alex has said.

with leaded race fuels, if you dont have catalytic converters and you keep the mix less then 50/50 of pump and race gas your o2s will be fine. i know from experience. yes it fattens up the a/f without changing anything else, but thats only if you mix like a c12 50/50 with 93. if you just wanted to run 100 no lead, you'd be fine. carbon build up with leaded race gas like vp c12 (108 octane) and c16 (117 octane) is non exsistent. its good $hit. if you run a poweradder, by all means mix race gas with pump gas.

mine lives on 110
but then again i have 12.4:1 compression and it runs in open loop all the time as its not a daily driver ,,, so i have no need for 02's
