I wasn't aware of that. I guess I just assumed they had LS1's. Thanks for letting me know. That being the case, does anyone have an SSR or a GTO? Raymond yeah they really need to play up that point to sell more cars |

Meh, the SSR isnt appealing to me at all. Who cares whats under the hood its just ugly to me. As for the GTO, they grew on me and with that LS2 in there haha WOOT thats goin to be awesome when they hit the streets like the C6's. I saw 6 of them in a row drivin on the freeway. I wasnt about to start anything haha cause my car doesnt like top end speed haha

Well I got the z51 package, so it handles great.
I drove one with the stock suspension package and it was OK, but the z51 package is worth the money. With the 6 speed, the z51 package came with better (sport) gearing and cross drilled brake rotors. I love it
I don't have any track times. Only had it in the end of Jan. I put about 1k miles on it so far. Bought it was 16 miles.

I saw a dark blue C6 today. I assume that's the Lemans Blue one. I thought is was a Ferrari 360 Modena from a distance. That new Vette is a great lookin' car.

Them C6's look awesome!
I saw a 05 GTO yesterday that was black with silver strips. And it had the sound to go with it too! Very nice looking!

As for the GTO, they grew on me......... I hated the GTO's when they first came out, but now I am really becoming fond of them. I seen one this past Tuesday morning coming home from work and it was dark blue. Sweet! ;D |
