"view new posts" }{ at top of forum home

Most forums I go on have a "view new posts" at the top of forum home or "view new posts sice last visit " "hot topics" or something like that. Users can see what is new rather than having to click on every menu. May get crossover posters as well which should get post counts up. Like I never go to some places here due to no real interest in hunting through it. But if we had a "view new posts" button I may.

At the bottom of the home page there's a "view the 40 most recent posts" button.
