i like your desire to change thing, and keep them fresh. but the blue black and grey, with yellow lettering just doesnt work for me.

also can we get the new post in forum indicator back, sometimes i dont have a lot of time to check all the forums, and im not awake enough to use the 40 most recent topics.

like i said you are tring to keep the board fresh and i think that it will help get traffic up.

What color do you recommend I use for the text? I'd like comments from anyone who agrees that the yellow text doesn't look right.

The Yellow doesn't bother me. I would like to suggest maybe a slightly lighter color of blue. I like the dark back ground but that shade of blue is boarder line black. All in all it's a great improvement over the old look. I like it

Its ok... But I liked the old color scheme. If we keep this scheme, drop the yellow for sure.
Dont ask what I suggest, as Im terrible at matching colors.

ahh it came to me leave the yellow text and go with a 2 tone blue.

for those that are bad with colors, i work in a suit store had to learn this, yellow and blue contrast. and there for go together
