valvestem seals? does it pump the smoke out all the time, or just after its been sitting or idleing or what? it could be something as simple as a leaky intake gasket.

yup it does it at these time for ex: While turning on the car while its warm ex: After driving a while and it gets warm it comes out at idle ex: and every time i rev the engine.
also my oil psi gauge reads 0 its an aftermarket ieeques gauge how can i check if its conencted right?.....im scared, how do i know when my oil pump is out? I checked with my hand over crankcase to feel any sucking on my hand...and felt none so valvestems are ok i guess.

In your previous thread, we've already discussed the possibilities for oil entering the combustion chamber, and causing blue smoke out the exhaust. A leak-down test will verify that the piston rings, head gaskets, and valves are sealing. It will NOT verify healthy valvestem seals, nor intake manifold gaskets. Furthermore, you cannot check valvestem seal health merely by holding your hand over the oil fill cap.
First off, if you are reading 'zero' oil pressure, then DONT DRIVE THE CAR ANYWHERE!!! Your first priority here would be to purchase a mechanical oil pressure gauge & connect it to the pressure port on the engine block, which is directly above the oil filter. It's kinda hard to reach, but you'll find a bolt there that can be removed -- I'll show a picture of it if you want. I would personally double-check the oil pressure before tearing into anything. (Additionally, if your factory gauge doesn't work, you might have an issue with the oil pressure sending unit, which we can go into later if you want.)
The oil pump obviously wouldn't be responsible for blue smoke out the exhaust. Furthermore, the pump itself doesn't typically fail -- it's either the drive mechanism (camshaft + dummy distributor shaft + oil pump driveshaft), or the oil pump pickup tube tends to fall off into the oil pan. Odds are, you're just having issues with the gauges, but it needs to be checked.
Replacing the oil pump is a MAJOR ordeal for the non-mechanic. It requires removal of the oil pan, which typically requires unbolting the engine mounts and lifting the engine and/or removal of the transmission. There isn't enough clearance with the factory k-member to get the oil pan out of there. Definitely not a job to sneeze at.
Again, personally, I would test oil pressure manually at that pressure port, and leave the oil pump alone for now. You should be looking into replacing intake manifold gaskets, or replacing valvestem seals. You can try tightening the intake manifold bolts back to factory torque specs -- as it's possible the bolts merely backed out.
Bottom line, you've got problems, and there's little we can do over the internet to help you. The only way to find the problem is to physically tear into the motor.
Good luck, and let us know what you find~

THANK YOU SO MUCH Alex!!! Even though u bring bad news, its great u left me informed of what to look for. And u said everything exactly like the shop said it. They told me they will check into everything! And well, i dont know exaclty how they will check valvestem seals or intake gasket? But if they find pump and gauge is good, then its my bearings, and or intake gasket/valvestem seals...i know all of these will be in the same price area. Lets say you are mechanic and you know your stuff love working on cars, what would you charge for each of these? Thanks!

if the pump is bad the valvestem seals or the intake gaskets are teh least of your problems.
