Ok this avatar is confusing I went to imageshack and post my pic I got the like paste it to avatar url which is this and still no picture  |

Edit: I see wht your talking about now. Make sure you register with them then copy the "direct link to image" URL. It's the last one one the image shack page. Then paste it to the avatar section in your "modify profile" section. It should work. Hope this helps
