I've been an Ozzy/Black Sabbath fan since elementry school. That was an easy question too.
Ronnie James Dio was the original replacement for Ozzy. Tonni Iommi had been hanging out with Dio alot, so Ozzy knew he was getting kicked out of the band.

Some one's gatta know........Please?..........Oh god I feel like such a nerd right now ;D I found some stuff stating he did some vocals for a couple of small time bands; The Music Machine and The Approach. They also stated the original Black Sabbath name was Polka Tulk Blues Band. Ozzie got the name off a can of talcum powder. I had never the whole name and thought it was Polka Turk. I'm so embarrassed.

His first musical job was(I read it in a Rolling Stone Mag. interview) tuning car horns. Don't ask me why I remember this, I just do.

" WTF is an abattoir?
